Ordering anything from coffee to gift baskets is fast and easy. Orders can be placed online at www.gevalia.com or you can easily reach us via the chat button at the bottom of any page or by submitting a request here. Please note, for security purposes, our agents are unable to take credit card information and therefore cannot place your order for you unless payment information is already existing on your online account. However, we are glad to walk you through the process of placing a new order or answer any other questions you may have.
To place an order online, first, locate the product(s) you'd like to purchase. You can either browse our products using the navigation bar at the top of your screen or by searching for products directly to the right of that.
Once you've selected a product you'd like to purchase, you can add the item to cart to check out later or check out immediately by selecting the "One Time Order" or "Subscription" option. One Time Orders are individual non-recurring purchases. Subscription purchases utilize our Auto-Delivery service to set up regular shipments at your desired frequency to automatically charge and ship orders to your doorstep.
From the checkout screen, you will then need to enter your information to finalize the purchase. First enter the email address of your account if you are not already logged in at the "Email And Login" section. If you choose to order your items as an Auto-Delivery, under the item(s) on the right check the "Yes, Subscribe!" box and select the frequency at which you'd like to receive shipments. Items can also be removed from your cart by clicking the trashcan icon next to them.
Next, in the "Shipping" section, add the name and address of recipient of the order. Then, enter your credit card information of the payment method you'd like to use for this order or Auto-Delivery in the "Billing" section. If the billing address differs from the shipping address you provided, uncheck the "Billing address same as shipping" option.
