You may change an Auto Delivery order at any time. You can update Auto Delivery shipment frequencies, next order date, shipment contents, shipping information, and billing information. Just login to your Account to get started.
If you haven't previously created an account on our website, you will need to create one to place and manage future Auto-Delivery orders.
Once you've logged into your account, click on your username at the top right of your screen and select the "Orders" option.
From this screen, also known as the Orders section, you will see a list of all your previous and current One Time Orders and Auto Delivery Orders. To change an Auto Delivery Order, click the order from the "My Subscriptions" section to continue.
From this screen, you can review the details of your Auto Delivery Orders. You can update shipping and billing information and also cancel the entire Auto Delivery by clicking on their respective sections. Click "Edit Subscription" if you wish to make any changes to the details of the order itself. From here, you can remove or add individual coffees and quantities of coffees from your order or any upcoming shipment, change the frequency of Auto Delivery shipments, change the shipping method, and change the Next Order Date. Changing the Next Order Date will reset your default date for Auto Delivery intervals. For example, if your Auto Delivery ships every 5 weeks and you change your ship date from the first of the month to the seventh of the month, you'll receive your next Auto Delivery shipment 5 weeks from the 7th rather than 5 weeks from the 1st.
